NV Purple Star School
Kay Carl Elementary School is proud to be in the process of becoming an official Nevada Purple Star School! This special designation recognizes schools that demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting military-connected students and their families.
At Kay Carl, we recognize that military families may experience unique challenges, including frequent moves, school transitions, and deployments. Our goal is to ensure that every military-connected student feels welcomed, valued, and supported from the moment they join our KCES Champion family.
As we work toward this designation, we are taking steps to learn more about our military-connected families and develop resources that support their academic, social, and emotional well-being. We are committed to building a school community where military-connected students and families feel recognized, appreciated, and connected.
Once a Champion, always a Champion! We are honored to support the brave men and women who serve our country and the incredible families who stand beside them.
